Limitless Contracting LLC supplies independent aftermarket heavy-duty diesel parts and related engine components. This Warranty Policy explains warranty eligibility, supplier-backed coverage, claim steps, inspection requirements, exclusions, and support details for products purchased through our online store.
Limitless Contracting LLC is a distributor/reseller, not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Warranty approval, inspection standards, available remedies, and claim decisions are controlled by the applicable manufacturer or supplier. For Interstate-McBee products, the default coverage terms below follow Interstate-McBee warranty terms unless a product listing, written quote, or current manufacturer document states a different applicable warranty.
1. Warranty Overview
Warranty coverage applies to qualifying defects in material or workmanship under normal use, proper installation, and recommended maintenance, subject to the limits and exclusions in this policy and the applicable manufacturer warranty.
- Distributor and reseller role: Limitless Contracting LLC coordinates supplier-backed warranty support for eligible products purchased from our store. We do not perform factory engineering inspections and we do not control supplier approval decisions.
- Claim routing: Customers must initiate warranty claims through Limitless Contracting LLC. We will coordinate the required supplier or manufacturer claim process, which may include Interstate-McBee's online warranty process, factory inspection, testing location instructions, and documentation requirements.
- Interstate-McBee coverage chain: For Interstate-McBee products, warranty coverage may extend through the original chain of distribution, including the distributor, installing dealer or repair facility, and original vehicle or equipment owner, until the applicable coverage period expires. Coverage does not apply to later or subsequent owners unless the applicable manufacturer warranty requires otherwise.
- Independent aftermarket seller: Manufacturer names, part numbers, and trademarks are used for identification and fitment reference only. Limitless Contracting LLC is an independent aftermarket parts supplier and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those manufacturers unless expressly stated.
2. Interstate-McBee Warranty Duration Defaults
For Interstate-McBee products, warranty coverage starts on the verified date of first installation when the required proof of purchase, installation records, and claim documentation are available.
Diesel Engine Parts Other Than Fuel Injection
- New engine parts: Twenty-four (24) months from the verified date of installation, without mileage or hour limitation.
- New cylinder heads: Twelve (12) months from the verified date of installation.
- Maximum coverage cap: Coverage cannot extend beyond thirty-six (36) months from the Interstate-McBee invoice date, regardless of installation date or equipment downtime.
Natural Gas, Methane, and Prime Power Generation Parts
- New engine parts: Twenty-four (24) months from the verified date of installation.
- Valve train components: Twelve (12) months from the verified date of installation.
- Maximum coverage cap: Coverage cannot extend beyond thirty-six (36) months from the Interstate-McBee invoice date, or twenty-four (24) months from the Interstate-McBee invoice date for valve train components.
Fuel Injection Parts
- Fuel injector assemblies and fuel injection parts: Twelve (12) months from the date of first installation in an engine, with unlimited miles and hours.
- Maximum coverage cap: Coverage cannot extend beyond twenty-four (24) months from the applicable date of sale or manufacture.
- Fuel injection limitation: Progressive engine damage, secondary commercial losses, and installation labor associated with fuel injection failures are strictly excluded from coverage.
3. Other Manufacturer or Third-Party Products
Products manufactured by other suppliers, third parties, or brand owners are covered only by the warranty offered by that manufacturer or supplier.
- Warranty coverage is limited to the pass-through coverage available from the original manufacturer or supplier.
- Claim evaluation procedures, testing standards, inspection timelines, and available remedies are controlled by the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty.
- The customer is responsible for following the return, inspection, and documentation instructions provided for the claim.
- Evaluation timelines: Manufacturer or supplier inspections may take approximately two (2) to eight (8) weeks after the suspect component and required documentation are received. Replacement purchases made to reduce downtime are separate transactions, and any credit or adjustment is available only after written warranty approval.
4. Coverage and Available Remedies
If a component is determined by engineering inspection, diagnostic review, or manufacturer evaluation to have a warrantable defect, the available remedy may include repair, replacement with an equivalent part, store credit, account credit, or another supplier-approved remedy, depending on manufacturer approval and product availability.
- Warranty claims are separate from standard returns and refunds. Cash refunds are not guaranteed for warranty claims.
- Approved remedies are limited to the covered product and any remedy authorized by the applicable manufacturer or supplier.
- For Interstate-McBee diesel engine parts other than fuel injection, progressive engine damage may be considered only when it directly results from a verified covered failure and is approved under the supplier warranty.
- Non-Interstate-McBee repair parts, fluids, filters, and related repair items must be approved by Interstate-McBee or the applicable supplier before they are considered for warranty reimbursement.
- Labor reimbursement limits: Where labor reimbursement is allowed by the manufacturer, it is limited to approved flat-rate guide hours and the manufacturer/supplier labor rate. Interstate-McBee diesel engine parts are generally capped at $50.00 per hour under the supplier warranty. Overtime, holiday rates, and fuel injection labor claims are not covered.
5. Conditions That May Void Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage may be denied if the failure results from conditions outside normal use, proper installation, or required maintenance, including:
- Abuse, misuse, neglect, improper operation, or use outside recommended operating parameters.
- Improper installation, improper repair, or failure to follow applicable OEM and manufacturer technical procedures.
- Lack of documented routine maintenance, including lubrication, coolant, fuel, filtration, and air intake maintenance.
- Operation without adequate coolant, fuel, lubricants, or filtration.
- Over-fueling, over-speeding, tuning, detonation, overheating, or electronic/ECM modifications outside approved specifications.
- Altered, modified, tampered, or unapproved parts or repairs.
- Improper storage, starting, warm-up, run-in, shutdown, or break-in practices.
- Parts supplied as prior warranty replacements or no-charge replacements, unless the applicable manufacturer warranty states otherwise.
- Third-party branded, OEM, or non-supplier parts and related expenses unless approved in writing by the applicable manufacturer or supplier.
Documentation may be required: Limitless Contracting LLC, the supplier, or the manufacturer may request maintenance records, installation invoices, repair work orders, photos, diagnostic data, ECM reports, and the suspect parts before a claim can be reviewed.
6. Warranty Claim Requirements
Warranty claims must be opened promptly and before any suspect part is shipped. Unauthorized shipments can delay review and may be returned to the sender.
- Submit a warranty request through our Warranty Claim Request Form or email info@limitless-contracting-llc.com.
- Notify us within thirty (30) days of the suspected failure and before the applicable warranty period expires.
- Include the order number, part number, installation date, operating hours or mileage when available, failure description, photos, and copies of the original purchase invoice, installation records, repair work orders, and diagnostic records.
- For electronically controlled engines, a complete, unedited Electronic Control Module (ECM) report/download must accompany the claim when applicable.
- Warranty repair, teardown, replacement, or inspection work may need to be performed by an Interstate-McBee distributor/dealer or another facility approved by Interstate-McBee or the applicable supplier before costs are considered for warranty review.
- Wait for written warranty claim instructions and the correct return or inspection location before shipping any component.
- Clearly display the assigned Warranty Claim or RMA number on the package if a return is authorized.
7. Inspection, Disposition, and Claim Review
Suspect components may need to be returned freight prepaid to the designated inspection location, which may be a Limitless Contracting LLC facility, supplier location, manufacturer facility, factory testing location, or other approved testing location.
- All returned suspect parts and associated components must be available for examination when requested.
- For Interstate-McBee approved claims, returned parts become Interstate-McBee property. For other suppliers, returned parts may become the property of the applicable manufacturer or supplier if the claim is approved under their warranty.
- Warranty review does not guarantee approval. A claim is approved only after the required inspection and written confirmation from Limitless Contracting LLC, the supplier, or the manufacturer.
- After a manufacturer or supplier issues a written warranty disposition, any appeal or question about that disposition must be submitted in writing within ten (10) days when required by the applicable supplier warranty.
- For Interstate-McBee claims, suspect parts may be held for only fifteen (15) days after disposition and may then be scrapped unless return of the parts was requested as part of the original claim documentation. Returned parts may ship freight collect.
- Packages returned without an active Warranty Claim or RMA number cannot be processed and may be returned to the sender.
8. Core Parts and Warranty Claims
Our published product prices include any applicable core value. We do not charge separate refundable core deposits, and we do not accept core returns, core credits, or core exchanges.
Warranty claims are separate from cores. A suspect warranty component should only be shipped after written warranty authorization and only to the approved warranty inspection location provided for that claim.
9. Exclusions and Liability Limits
Except where prohibited by law or expressly approved under the applicable manufacturer warranty, this Warranty Policy excludes secondary, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or operational losses, including:
- Towing fees, vehicle transportation costs, rental equipment, replacement equipment, or commercial downtime.
- Lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, job delays, or similar commercial losses.
- Diagnostics, installation labor, mechanic labor, travel time, overtime, holiday rates, fluids, filters, shop supplies, or third-party parts unless expressly approved in writing under the applicable manufacturer warranty.
- Repairs to items other than the engine or component in which the covered part is installed.
- Any amount above the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Limitation of Remedies and Disclaimer
The remedies described in this policy are the available remedies for an approved warranty claim, subject to the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty. Limitless Contracting LLC total liability for a warranty claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, this written policy and the applicable manufacturer warranty replace all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No employee, sales representative, logistics provider, or reseller is authorized to modify or extend this Warranty Policy unless confirmed in writing by Limitless Contracting LLC.
Manufacturer and supplier warranty terms may change. If a current manufacturer warranty document provides more specific requirements for a product or claim, that manufacturer document controls the warranty review for that product.
