How do I make sure the part fits my engine?

We strongly recommend providing your Engine Serial Number (ESN) or VIN before placing an order. Diesel engine components can vary by engine model, CPL, and production year — even when part numbers look similar.

At Limitless Contracting LLC, we verify compatibility whenever an ESN or VIN is provided to help ensure you receive the correct part the first time.

To avoid delays or incorrect orders:

  • Or contact our team for verification before purchasing
  • If you're unsure, we’re happy to assist you

Our goal is to eliminate guesswork and keep your equipment running with minimal downtime.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery when they are new, unused, uninstalled, complete, in original packaging, and approved with an RMA number before anything is shipped back.

Customer-choice returns are subject to customer-paid return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. If a return is caused by our fulfillment error or a qualifying delivery issue, we will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, refund, prepaid label, or freight instructions when applicable.

Some items may be restricted or non-returnable once opened, installed, modified, contaminated, damaged after delivery, or removed from factory-sealed protective packaging.

Our published product prices include any applicable core value. We do not charge separate refundable core deposits, and we do not accept core returns, core credits, or core exchanges.

Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

How safe are online transactions with Limitless Contracting LLC?

We begin processing orders quickly to reduce downtime for customers. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order changes or cancellations may be possible if:

  • The item has not entered freight processing
  • The product is not a special-order or custom-built item

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, the order may fall under our standard return policy, including applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes. Many engine parts sold by Limitless Contracting LLC are backed by warranty coverage under our Limited Warranty Policy.

Warranty coverage varies by product category and may include:

  • New Engine Components: Up to 24 months from installation
  • Cylinder Heads & Valve Train Components: 12 months from installation
  • Fuel Injector Assemblies: 12 months from installation
  • Remanufactured products may also qualify for coverage

Warranty terms apply to defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

Please note:

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser
  • Coverage does not extend beyond 36 months from the invoice date
  • Installation must follow OEM guidelines
  • Claims require proper documentation and return authorization
  • Third-party products are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms

Because diesel engine components operate under demanding conditions, warranty eligibility depends on proper installation, maintenance, and diagnostic verification.

Warranty claims are processed separately from standard returns and require prior written authorization. Do not ship suspected warranty components to Limitless Contracting LLC without a designated warranty RMA and explicit logistics routing instructions.

Do you offer free shipping or price matching?

Do you ship orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS)?

No. Limitless Contracting LLC does not ship orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Standard parcel shipments are routed through established commercial carrier networks such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or comparable private transport providers. Heavy, oversized, or high-value diesel engine components may require LTL freight instead of parcel service.

Carrier selection is based on package size, destination, delivery requirements, and available fulfillment location.
