Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery when they are new, unused, uninstalled, complete, in original packaging, and approved with an RMA number before anything is shipped back.
Customer-choice returns are subject to customer-paid return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. If a return is caused by our fulfillment error or a qualifying delivery issue, we will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, refund, prepaid label, or freight instructions when applicable.
Some items may be restricted or non-returnable once opened, installed, modified, contaminated, damaged after delivery, or removed from factory-sealed protective packaging.
Our published product prices include any applicable core value. We do not charge separate refundable core deposits, and we do not accept core returns, core credits, or core exchanges.
