- Fulfillment and Transit Support: We coordinate shipments through reliable parcel, freight, supplier, and distributor networks. If an order is lost, damaged, short, or delayed in transit, please contact us promptly at info@limitless-contracting-llc.com so we can help review the shipment, open a carrier claim when applicable, and determine the available replacement, refund, or resolution under our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.
- Blind Shipping & Logistics: Orders may be fulfilled through approved third-party supplier or distributor networks. Shipments may include packing slips without pricing, while official invoices are issued electronically by Limitless Contracting LLC.
- Freight & Specialized Shipments: Heavy or oversized diesel components may require LTL freight, delivery appointments, liftgate service, residential delivery service, or other carrier requirements. 7. Returns, RMA, and Claims
Returns require prior written authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Items must be returned according to the instructions provided. Our published product prices include any applicable core value. We do not charge separate refundable core deposits, and we do not accept core returns, core credits, or core exchanges.

Any court proceeding that is not subject to another agreed dispute process must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
17. International Sales and Compliance
For international or cross-border transactions, customers are responsible for confirming that ordered items may be legally imported and used in the destination country. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs brokerage, regulatory compliance, and customs clearance requirements. We cannot control customs decisions, inspections, delays, seizures, or import rejections, but we will provide available order documentation when reasonably requested.
18. Account or Access Termination
