1. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes
Domestic orders are processed and delivered within the standard timeframes below unless a product page, quote, or follow-up email states a different lead time.
- Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
- Order Handling Time: Orders for available items are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping Transit Time: Once dispatched, domestic transit is typically 1 to 5 business days depending on destination and carrier method.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: Most domestic orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days from payment confirmation.
- Extended Lead Times: Special-order, remanufactured, supplier-direct, or freight items may require additional preparation. Extended lead times will be shown on the product page, quoted before purchase, or communicated by email.
2. Shipping Costs and Freight Disclosures
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before checkout is completed, or quoted separately when specialized freight is required. Standard domestic parcel items use carrier calculations based on package weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. Oversized, overweight, or heavy-duty engine components may require LTL freight or manual freight quotation.
- Heavy-Duty and LTL Freight Shipments: Certain engine components, rebuild kits, and oversized items must ship by LTL freight instead of parcel ground.
- Carrier Accessorial Fees: Freight carriers may require liftgate, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, appointment delivery, or similar services depending on the destination.
- Freight Requirements: If the delivery location is residential or does not have a commercial loading dock or forklift, please contact us before dispatch so we can help quote the correct service.
- Logistics Cost Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional carrier charges caused by inaccurate address classification, missing liftgate requirements, or destination restrictions may be billed to the customer after carrier assessment.
3. Shipping Methods and Dispatch Logistics
Limitless Contracting LLC uses regional supplier and distributor fulfillment centers to coordinate order logistics. Standard parcel shipments may be routed through established commercial carrier networks such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or comparable private transport providers. Heavy or oversized shipments may be routed through LTL freight carriers. International delivery may be available to select destinations on a quote-based, case-by-case basis depending on part type, package size, destination restrictions, and carrier availability.
- Split Shipments: Orders containing items sourced from multiple fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages to expedite delivery. There is no additional product charge for split shipments.
- Tracking Numbers: A trackable shipping confirmation number will be sent to the customer email address after warehouse dispatch when carrier tracking is available.
4. Fulfillment and Transit Support
We coordinate shipments through parcel, freight, supplier, and distributor networks. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier capacity, freight appointments, weather, customs, supplier processing, or other conditions outside normal control.
If an order is lost, damaged, short, or delayed in transit, please contact us promptly at info@limitless-contracting-llc.com so we can help review the shipment, open a carrier claim when applicable, and determine the available replacement, refund, or other resolution under this Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Returns & Refund Policy.
5. Damage, Shortage, and Freight Claims
Please inspect packages as soon as they arrive and contact us promptly if there is visible damage, concealed damage, missing items, or a delivery issue.
- Visible External Damage: Note visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing when possible.
- Concealed Internal Damage: Report concealed damage in writing to info@limitless-contracting-llc.com within five (5) calendar days of delivery when possible.
- Claim Documentation: Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the exterior packaging, inner packing materials, shipping label, and damaged product. Please retain packaging materials until the claim is reviewed.
6. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or deemed undeliverable because of inaccurate customer information, the order may be treated as a return. Round-trip freight charges, carrier fees, and the applicable restocking fee may be deducted from the refund where allowed by law and our Returns & Refund Policy.
7. International Orders and Customs Duties
Unless explicitly quoted and processed as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), international shipments are generally shipped under Delivered at Place (DAP/DDU) terms. The customer is responsible for local import duties, sales taxes, customs brokerage fees, regulatory import compliance, and destination-country clearance requirements.
8. Force Majeure and Limitation of Liability
Limitless Contracting LLC is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, labor disruptions, carrier interruptions, customs delays, supplier disruptions, or government restrictions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate order impacts and support available carrier or supplier resolution options for active shipments.
Except where prohibited by law, Limitless Contracting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as mechanic labor, vehicle downtime, rental equipment, or lost profits caused by carrier transit delays.
