Limitless Contracting LLC supplies independent aftermarket heavy-duty diesel engine components and rebuild kits. This policy explains how eligible returns, RMA requests, return shipping costs, restocking fees, and refunds are handled for orders placed through our online store.
1. Return Eligibility and Window
Eligible items may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
All returns require prior written authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before anything is shipped back.
2. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for an approved return and refund, items must be new, unused, uninstalled, unaltered, clean, and in resalable condition.
- Items must be returned in the original, unaltered manufacturer packaging.
- All original components, hardware, protective caps, documentation, and included materials must be present.
- Items that have been installed, modified, run in an engine, contaminated, damaged after delivery, or removed from factory-sealed protective wrapping cannot be accepted as standard returns.
- Gaskets, seals, and precision fuel-system components must remain in their unopened factory-sealed packaging to be eligible.
3. Return Shipping Costs and Fees
Return Due to Our Error or Delivery Issue
If an item arrives damaged, is missing required components, or the wrong part was shipped, contact us promptly at info@limitless-contracting-llc.com before sending anything back. We will review the issue and provide the available replacement, refund, prepaid label, or freight instructions when applicable.
- Original Shipping Cost: If original shipping was paid and the return is due to our error, the eligible original shipping charge will be refunded.
- Return Shipping Cost: We will provide return instructions and cover the approved return shipping cost when the return is caused by our fulfillment error or a qualifying delivery issue.
- Restocking Fee: Waived for approved returns caused by our error.
Return Due to Customer Choice
This includes changed mind, ordered wrong part, no longer needed, or similar customer-choice reasons.
- Original Shipping Cost: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for arranging, tracking, and paying the return shipping cost to send the item to the authorized return location provided with the RMA.
- Restocking Fee: Approved customer-choice returns are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee based on the product price. No additional outbound shipping deduction will be applied beyond any original shipping charge paid at checkout, which is non-refundable for customer-choice returns.
4. Return Authorization Process
Do not ship items to the address on a packing slip or to any supplier location without written authorization from Limitless Contracting LLC.
- Submit your request by emailing info@limitless-contracting-llc.com or by using our official RMA Form.
- Include your order number, part number, reason for return, photos when relevant, and any fitment details requested by our support team.
- Our support team will review and respond with an RMA approval status within 1 to 2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive an RMA number and the correct return warehouse location. Packages returned without an active RMA number cannot be processed and may be returned to the sender.
5. Inspection and Refund Processing
Returned heavy-duty parts are inspected after receipt to confirm that they are new, unused, uninstalled, complete, and in eligible return condition.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time after the refund is issued.
6. Exchanges, Core Parts, and Liability Limits
Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, request an RMA for the eligible item and place a new order for the correct part.
Core Parts: Our published product prices include any applicable core value. We do not charge separate refundable core deposits, and we do not accept core returns, core credits, or core exchanges.
Liability Limits: Except where prohibited by law, Limitless Contracting LLC does not reimburse installation costs, mechanic labor, vehicle downtime, towing fees, rental equipment, lost profits, or other indirect or consequential expenses. Product-related refunds are limited to the eligible amount paid for the returned product.
